Terms of service
These terms apply to the Resumark app and web app, provided by RRDL Limited. By using Resumark you agree to them.
Your content
You own the resumes and text you create. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service, including sending them to AI providers when you use AI features.
AI-generated content
AI suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for checking that your resume is accurate and truthful before you send it. Match scores are estimates and do not guarantee an interview or a job.
Acceptable use
Do not use Resumark to create fraudulent documents, impersonate others, break the law, attempt to break or overload the service, or resell it.
Plans and subscriptions
Editing, templates and PDF export are free, and each account gets one free job match. AI features require a Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed by Apple through your Apple ID, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and can be managed or cancelled in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Availability
We work to keep Resumark available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change or discontinue features.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Resumark is provided "as is" and RRDL Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost job opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
